Junior and Senior Officers WIP
Junior Officers
1. Regular participant in Teamspeak, Forum and Guild Chat, if possible steam and Facebook also.
2. Will be held to a higher standard of behaviour in Guild and out of Guild, this includes: Guild Chat, Teamspeak, Forum, Facebook, Steam, Game chat i.e.: Map, Say, Party chat. You are a representative of AoL and your behaviour will reflect upon the Guild’s reputation in the gaming community.
3. Identifying sensitive officer only topics and containing any discussions within the Council Forums, such as: disciplinary actions, promotions, topics regarding members, this is to help avoid gossiping and rumour mongering.
4. Diffusing any potentially escalating conversations, comments or actions, by whispering the person/s involved in a discrete; and polite manner. If you should ever have to kick a guild member, the situation must be dire and no Senior Officers are online to step in. If you have to kick someone, screen shots of the conversation or recording in TS is required to back up your decision. Finally post evidence and a message in the Council Forum.
5. Participate in guild events and activities, you are knowledgeable and willing to offer your help during these events and activities i.e.: Guild Missions party leader. Commander Tag is very important. (Not required but appreciated.)
6. Willing to teach and guide other members throughout all facets of the game using personal expertise and knowledge, and the ability to direct members to appropriate resources relevant to the game i.e.: Forum, Facebook, helpful sites and guides, and to other members of the guild with relevant experience and knowledge.
7. Following the process of recruiting and kicking guide as posted on Forum.
8. Follow recruiting guide when bringing in new members.
Senior Officers
1. Firstly expected to meet all the above expectations; with some additions.
2. Take full responsibility or to coordinate with other officers for particular duties, activities and events.
3. Discipline *****WIP***** Supervising lower ranks, monitoring all aspects relating to the guild and its members
4. Guiding any member who is interested in earning promotions within the guild.
5. Well thought out responses to issues raised by other officers within a week of posting.

Your #3 under Jr. Officers is oddly phrased to me. Officer only topics for Squire?
#4 for Officers more so than members already interested. Try to build interest in all members.
It might be helpful to pull up my current expectations and compare side by side.
