so Amer, Amber and I had a brief meeting today. We came to the conclusion I cant tell time and some are the following points I jotted down:
1) people who leave AoL solely for a luxon guild to focus on that title should be allowed back. meaning they go and seriously work it for a good length of time and then come back. not just for a day or two or couple weeks.
2) I should kick at least two of the inactive guilds and find two solid american guilds
3) zero guild hopping to/from AoL within Alliance
4) Alliance Chat needs to be reigned in when people ask others to stop on a topic and they dont, that has got to change.
5) Revolving door days are done. you leave you are gone. Any exceptions tbh need a full vote by officers/GL imho because it keeps sending the signal of here, not here, here, not here.
There will be a full Guild-Meeting Sunday at 1pm EST, and prior to that Akroma and I are having a Guild-Leader meeting with the other Alliance Guilds.

k, um i work Sunday so i wont be able to make it, as much as i want to go back to school, its really fucked my schedule...oh well, something should be said to raid if not already done, them publicly saying they are turning of ally chat so that they can farm, is kinda like saying, I'm turning you off cause I'm better than that., i don't know that's how i took it, hell the damn thing can be moved around your screen and shortened or lengthened, there's no reason you should HAVE to turn it off. And before i forget it was only one person that said it but i guarantee more then one person that does it.

Actually Div there's alot that do it, myself included if I have to really focus on something but I don't announce it Please don't take it as a slap as I'm sure that's not the intent but more to let everyone know if that person HAD been talking in AC, they were shutting it off.

Hey just wondering how the meeting with the other GLs went and what they felt about the rudeness in GC, guild hopping, and ect!

not all leaders were in attendance. those that were are very much willing to help stop the problems in ally-chat. i have also indicated there will be no hesitation to remove a guild if need be until an officer or gl gets online to deal wth someone causing problems. Guild hopping isnt perceived elsewhere as a huge problem surprisingly so I simply said AoL is shut to it both incoming and outgoing, and asked that be honoured.

Fair warning if someone calls me more than once with no answer or wrong number i block the call, the number and any texts, lol sorry but im am electronic savvy
