The policies post is sorely outdated.  Some of doesn't even make sense with the way we operate or with the way Guild Wars operates.  It is time that we update it.  I will try to tackle that if I have time.  But, if someone else wants to give it a go, please do!  Thanks Wink

I'm going to update the Officers now.

It's also about time to do another round of *Reply or Kick. Once the Lotto is over I'm going to start tagging. I'll discuss this with the other officers at the time to coordinate.

just wanted ot remark...ive notice that ppls who has been kicked for inactivity/norepping gets reinvited jsut to be tagged as allies but many of them i odnt regocnize.....also our ally ranks are about 19% of our roster.. sohuld it be hrvested a bit same time?

Both valid points, I've gone back and forth on the whole non-repping thing but I think We do need to get rid of those who never rep, excluding of course those who are members of allies guilds. I'll also look over the policies, but I'm also in a crunch for time so probably won't be making many changes
