New Knights

I know them all now and I can personally say I think they'd all be very good officers, its just.. Idk I feel like we should have a set ratio for active members:officers like aol in gw1 because otherwise I feel like there would be too many officers. counting king we have 14 officers for 50 active members ( if counting squires as members if not 42:25) didnt count militia or peasants because if theyre not soldiers by now, they dont really care for us.. my say is lets wait till after the recruiting contest and then think about promoting them.

I think it's a good idea. I get your point of view Zero, but on the other hand a few new officers wouldn't make anything worse right? (I think).

Krov and Nismo I don't see much in game because of the time difference, but from what I've heard I think they'd be good officers.
Same goes for Nai, I do see her on a lot and she helps out well and is always friendly and active in guild chat. She'd make a fine officer imo.

I definitely second the choice of making Wolfy an officer. He's been SUPER helpful: he answers a lot of questions, he almost always helps out with dungeons and fractals and stuff, even when he's already done it that day and he also helps a lot with things regarding builds and classes. He'd make an amazing officer.

I would also like to toss Nuts in here if possible. He helps out a lot with things as well.

Wolf for certain, the rest i'd give them a bit more time personally. Nai and krov are still relatively new to the guild, krov is new to the game still. Nismo I don't notice personally, so I can't quite say tbh.

Can anyone give some examples of some of them in leadership positions though? Not as much is coming to mind just yet as to what they've done since i've been really busy with school recently

Wolfenstein's definitely helped me a lot, and has gone out of his way to do so, and he has done that for other guildies as well. Just delete this thread if you make him an officer, I don't want him knowing I supported him

Wolf- Very knowledgeable about the game. I see him helping guild members all the time. I think wolf would be a great fit for an officer so I'll give him my vote.

Nai- I see her helping people in the guild.

krov- She gets mad really quick.

Nismo- He seems like a nice person from the times i've played with him.

I kind of agree with zero and tia promote wolf and give the others some more time.

I can vouch for Wolf no problem. Others I'd wait.

Just like Andrea I play a lot with Nuts and I'd throw his name in there too. I'll give you my main reason: Besides knowing dungeons really well, he's an initiator. He starts groups and gets people to do stuff together. Not saying he should be an officer right away, just put him on your watch list.

Other guys on your list don't make the cut for me...

I've also had the same thought as Zero the other day about the numbers of officers. How many do we want to have? How many do we need? Should we downgrade some of our current officers before promoting?

I like all of them. Wolf for sure, I thought he already was one to be honest. I don't know how often nismo is on, I see him occasionally but I"m not on much during the week.
