Weekly and or monthly tasks

I think a good guideline or some sort of structure to help direct the guild might be a good idea. For example, have the officers all work with one or two ppl for a week solid on campaigns, in your spare time of course. Just enough to help them come out of the shadows, but without wasting too much time on somebody who may not be worth investing time into. This is a good chance to use a neglected char that you dont use and be productive as well!

Then for example a goal for the end of the month might be to do something elite with those new people.

she'd be a very socialable person once lured away from the shadows
shes very funny and very nice to play with!

Did i also mention this is her second month of playing the Game?
*Mystic Alpha also stands out as a possible powerhouse!
*Tank? He participates in the high-end part of the games if we could get him to interact more?
*Vega is an excelent player in both the PvE and PvP side of the game as with Tank if we could condition him to interact a bit more he'd be a wonderful addition to the cast.

The fact stands that some members if just given a pit more attention
can become stock members like

Rolf told me yesterday that i was in charge of the HA team ...

im thinking of doing this :

Set a weekly day for HA practices : should be on saturdays about 6 to 8 pm east time.

First meeting will be just for : get everyone on vent , chose skills and equip builds , go to temple and practice targets on isle.

Second meeting : Start in temple , practice targets , go to HA get some fame.

and after that the road to the hall of heros ...

each practice should take about 2 hours minimum.

Silka I have no problem with. He is a great guy...knowledgeable...helpful...and I think he'd make an outstanding officer, IMO, if he's interesting.

Haru I haven't had much contact with, so I couldn't really say either way.

Aero is a good kid. Eager and sociable (though I could be thinking of someone else...I get a few people with sorta similar names mixed up, unfortunately. :3 )

Tank is one of those that I have little experience with, unfortunately. I have heard nothing but good things about him, though, but I am still a bit wary....he has been here and gone again a lot, if I am not mistaken...

Val is one I think that we have offered an officer position to before and he turned it down. If he wants the spot, I say we give it to him! Definitely should be offered again, regardless.

Vega I know absolutely nothing of. o.o Way too many on this list I don't know. Will have to remedy that...

Another good thing to set for a weekly or monthly goal would be to gain another (X) ammount of ppl that can do (fill in the blank) CoF, DoA, etc. etc. teaching them to farm - getting those "cant live without" sort of build setups that we have mentioned in the survival guide
