mesmer build

im in need of a new mesmer build most likely a inspration build if any one has any ideas can u pm them plz and thank you.

What is the build for? PvP? PvE? What kind of pvp/pve? I don't think a pure inspiration magic build is very useful since most of the spells are only meant to keep your energy going.

Consider:
Lyssa's Aura
Clumsiness
Wandering eye
Cry of Pain + some cheap hex to trigger it (Fragility shud be nice both to use CoP and keep Lyssa's aura going).
Arcane echo
Glyph of lesser energy
Rez/PvE only skill of your choice (Pain Inverter, Technobabble come to mind)

10+1 inspiration, 12+1+1 illusion, 8+1 fast casting

or so for PvE.

Well, I'm sticking to what I posted :p I'm no expert on mesmers tho, so ask around.

It's like what Dan said Inspiration is really a support attribute branch, even in a pure Me/X build Inspiration I run usually only 1 or 2 skills are from Inpiration and mostly for energy management, defense or anti-interrupt, you are much better off running a Domination or Illusion build plus some PVE skills with a couple add-on Inspiration skills like Auspicious Incantation or Mantra of xxx.

I agree with what dan said. If you are in real need to use that attribute you could use ele skills and use inspiration to gain energy back to cast spells but other than that and a few support builds you will not get anything that good.

Mostly inspiration just serves to manage energy both as a primary mesmer and a secondary mesmer. In the above build I've made sure the elite was inspiration to fit with the overal theme of an inspiration build but that's about as far as I would use the attribute line.
Fast casting ele's used to be very popular in PvP but due to recent nerfs I don't really see much reason to use many ele skills on a mesmer aside from the odd RA build.
I've heard a hero mesmer with Tease and Power drain can make for good support with Rt heals but Tease is goddamn hard to use as a human and a primary Rt or a N/Rt does the job better so I definitely recommend sticking to the awesome armor ignoring mesmer spells (Clumsiness, Wandering Eye, Visions of Regret) when you play mesmer.
