Possible Promotions

Since Vladis and Tine Bead (sp?) are going to merge their guild with AoL, I was thinking it would be good to promote one of them to officer and see how they work out. I think Tine is their Guild Lord, but Vladis has been more consistent about playing with AoL. They both say that they are going to rep AoL full time now and bring any members they can with them (around 10 at least).

I've also been thinking about Pedro (Anrothan Aimhirghin). He can be a bit of a hot head sometimes, but he knows his stuff and he seems to want to help guild members learn. I have already made him Squre.

Are their any others that you guys have taken notice of? Maybe someone active in WvW?

Hm, why not. Could make Tine a knight and Vladis a squire to sorta like before

I like the idea of getting vlad or tine as an officer. Which is which is kinda hard though, Vlad has been much more active in AoL but Tine is the one who was leader. I would suggest holding off a week or 2 and see if Tine's activity goes up, how he is in chat etc. As for Pedro, I like him, but we would have to make sure he understands what is expected from officers, He has a lot of good points, he just needs to have a bit more patience with the less skilled members. Overall I think with a little prompting he would make a good officer. Also been thinking about Sun, she's active and friendly in chat.

I agree that we should observe Pedro longer. I was just tossing he name out so everyone can keep an eye on him.

I like Sun a lot too. She is still a bit unsure of herself in the game, but she is fantastic socially. She could be our new social ambassador since Kiera has faded into the background.

Well, out of all the people you've mentioned I only know Pedro... Others I kind of know the IGN but that's about it.

Pedro's OK in my book, never had any issues with the guy and I've been in dungeons with him several times.

Is Fictitious an officer yet? Because I believe he hould be. Helps alot and knows his stuff. Pedro...yeah watch him a bit longer is all.

As a far as wvw, Dal Niente has my vote there. He's very knowledgable and spends plenty of time there.
