soldier promotions

I meant to do this before but here are my guidelines for promoting to soldier, if anyone has any idea suggestions let me know
1. active member for at least 5 weeks
2. on forum
3. participates in guild events
4. generally friendly.
there was another I was thinking up but forgot it.
