Potential Squires (for the FUTURE)

I have been keeping a close eye on a few people, and I would like it if everyone else could as well... These people have stood out to me and I believe they may have potential in the future.. I say the future because I honestly believe that we need to settle in with the people and their ranks we have now before we go changing too many more...
So, I will instead offer names that I would like other officers to keep an eye on..

- Sungila
- Astrum
- FractalSteam
- DrGlamm

If anyone else has any names of people they would like us to keep an eye on or comments on the people I have suggested.. please.. let us know.

Please note: this is NOT for any formal nomination for promotion as it is WAY too soon, this is merely for our officers to keep an eye on them and get to know them before casting an opinion.

Who I find are both very friendly helpful and happily join in when things are advertised

Dr.Glamm good guy, i only worry he's got a short temper, maybe the other day was just one bad day and he's not always like that. Just something to keep an eye on.

I agree that we need no new officers right now. We have to nail down what we have and get some things sorted out so we know what we want and what we expect for the officers that we do have.

yup agreed with seamonster at moment it seems we have more officers on than regular users.

I completely agree about our number of officers!

I could possibly see one more officer to help Mr. Tech and Srg.  And, one more to help Kara and Aaron.  But, our peak time is covered well.

But, I am not in a hurry to promote.  These suggestions are good.  I'll see if I can think of others.

Totally agree with Seamon,just think that we all as Lords-knights-squires etc need to concentrate more on the regular users that we already have atm, but it`s always a good idea to watch members in guild chat to see how there getting along and what they like doing.

I just want to put a note here... Astrum is really blowing me away! he is putting in ALOT of effort to include people in everything and anything he does!!
He even tries to help people out in map chat...
I would appreciate everyone keeping an eye on him to see if he is indeed potential for promotion..

Hey guys,Been playing with Astrum on afew occassions and i have to say he is defo one to watch for moving up the ranks,Just played with him yesterday for afew hrs and we were even chatting away in ts,If i had to pick someone to help me and Mr Tech he would be my choice but this is only my views. :)Awesome guy.

I also must say Astrum is very knowledgeble and helpful to everyone in guild or not, just ran some fractals with him and he was not only informative, but friendly even when things didnt go well [PUGS] he advised them what to do, and politely more to the point +1
