Welcome to the Squire's Round Table
Congratulations, you have worked hard, becoming a Squire. Your dedication and commitment to the guild has not gone unnoticed. You are now a proud member of the junior officer's. With that in mind, you have been given power and responsibilities to assist the officers and uphold the polices of the guild.
You are an extra set of eye's for the officer's. If something is going on make the officer's aware of it. If you are aware of a problem or concern or have an idea for the guild. Please bring it here to this forum post. We will listen to your concerns and opinions. If something require's immediate attention, please contact a Knight first. Follow the chain of command.
You have been given the power to recruit, but with that also the power to kick guild members. These abilities go hand in hand with the current guild set up by anet. This is the ultimate trust factor. If you should ever have to kick a guild member, the situation must be dire and no other officers are online to step in. If you have to kick someone, screen shots of the conversation going on or recording in TS is required to back up your decision. Then please post evidence and a message in this forum section.
This forum subsection of Council is here to keep you guys informed of the policies and discussions that are relevant to your rank. This is here for transparency between the upper ranks and the rest of the guild. Although some discussions will be rank sensitive, it is crucial that each officer uses their discretion and intuition when identifying sensitive topics, if you're unsure; ask.

Re: Welcome to the Squire's Round Table
I would add a quick reminder on where to find relevant "roles" and related guidelines such as recruiting, kicking, etc...
They could also be a stickied in that particular section of the forums, in such case there's no need to remind them in your note.

Re: Welcome to the Squire's Round Table
I agree, They need to have everything available at ease, and having the forum tab open for people to ask questions or discuss any issues.
Squires are Jr Officers, we should try to include them more with the goings on behind that "Officers Only section"
I will continue helping like I have already done :-)
